What type of a person are you in the morning?? Are you the type of person who get up in the morning picking up your phone, checking your Instagram, checking your Facebook and seeing on your newsfeed a vacation of your friends enjoying in the beach, seeing them doing what you want to do. And you are wondering why they are living the life you wanted while you are here stuck in this situation doing your daily routine, going to work, coming to your home at night with a bad mood. Complaining about yourself, complaining about your lack, whether lack of abilities, lack of skills or lack of money to achieve your goal. All self-pity. Disappointment and frustration. No wonder why you always have a bad day because you have started your day with these kinds of morning routine..
Well don’t worry I’m not here to criticize you or condemn you. I understand most of the people have this normal routine without awareness that this is the cause why they are having a bad day. These are a habit formed by every individual and become their comfort zone they are struggling. But if you really like to change and improve your life you can do that by developing the good habits.
Therefore, Stop doing all these things to your self! Self-pity, discouragement and resentment. Start now to change your life. Change your mind setting and the way you look at life. Change your habit then you will have a great day and a better life.

How can you avoid a bad day and have a great day everyday?
Check your daily routine. The moment you wake up in the morning, “Stop picking up your phone! Do not check your social media account or email. Stop checking what other people are doing but instead focus on how you will make your day.
What you do in the first hour in the morning has a big impact on how you will end up your day.
The first thing you do in the morning is to focus on your own. The first 1-2 hours is sacred, so we must spend those time to invest in ourselves and prepare for the day. Start your day right and you will live right. Open your eyes excited for the new day. Smile for a new day that we will explore. Every day is a gift we have to be thankful for.
Pray and ask guidance from God
The moment you open your eyes say “thank you” you are still alive, it’s another chance to improve yourselves, to do the things you really want to do and another day to be better and enjoy the life that has given to you. Ask guidance from above for everything that you are going to accomplish during the day . This is very important and a must, because when you pray and doing meditation you are aligning yourself to God in His highest power. When you do that you feel confident, calm and secure in the arm of your creator and the result is you are excited to go out and face every challenge of the day and enjoy what the day has offer to you and the reward you will get after overcoming all the obstacles along the way and you are moving forward to achieve your goal.
Get your pen and paper and write
I believe people are not excited to wake up in the morning if you don’t have goal to be excited for to achieve. If you don’t have goal , you don’t know what you want and you don’t have clear vision on where you want to go so you will get to nowhere. Being clear with what you really want to achieve is very important, don’t think or worry on how you will achieve it because God will take charge on it ( that’s why we pray and ask guidance first thing in the morning in order for us to do the right thing and right decision on everything that we will tackle during the day), your only responsibility is to know what you want to achieve, do your part and let God work the rest.
1.) Write the things you are thankful for, have a gratitude journal. List down at least 10 things you are grateful for, focus on the positive and look for the things that you feel good about, whether your family, your spouse, your children, your home, your environment, your good friends, your job, etc. When you are grateful the more you will be grateful and the more you will experience joy, peace, love and abundance.
2.) Write your goals and dreams. Plan your day. Figure out what you should accomplish during the day that is moving you forward to achieve your goal.
Read books and listen to motivational speech
Spend at least 10-20 minutes in reading books. Choose a good book or self-help book that will inspire you, enlighten you and make you positive. Or you can also listen to a motivational speaker that is increasing your knowledge about the things you have no idea about.
Live intentionally and focus on the things that matter
Focus on what is right in your life not on what is wrong with your life. Whatever happened in the past, maybe yesterday someone has offended you or hurt you , forgive and forget them, never allow them to sink in your mind from the moment you wake up in the morning otherwise if you allow those things or people in the past in your mind thinking of them you will lose your progress and productivity and it will affect your mood and it will ruin your whole day. So focus on the things that really matter to you.
Alright, these are only few good morning routine activities you can try. When you do these things you are investing first in yourself before you attend all your commitment with other people. Now you are ready to go out and deal your schedule and face the challenges of the day.
