What type of a person are you in the morning?? Are you the type of person who get up in the morning picking up your phone, checking your Instagram, checking your Facebook and seeing on your newsfeed a vacation of your friends enjoying in the beach, seeing them doing what you want to do. And you are wondering why they are living the life you wanted while you are here stuck in this situation doing your daily routine, going to work, coming to your home at night with a bad mood. Complaining about yourself, complaining about your lack, whether lack of abilities, lack of skills or lack of money to achieve your goal. All self-pity. Disappointment and frustration. No wonder why you always have a bad day because you have started your day with these kinds of morning routine..
Well don’t worry I’m not here to criticize you or condemn you. I understand most of the people have this normal routine without awareness that this is the cause why they are having a bad day. These are a habit formed by every individual and become their comfort zone they are struggling. But if you really like to change and improve your life you can do that by developing the good habits.
“Learn to let go that is the key to happiness”- Buddha
Release is simply the act of letting go. In every situation you can either take responsibility and attempt to cause it to happen, or you can let go. Neither option is better or worse. Every situation is different, and only you will know what is the right thing to do in each case. There are times when you will need to take responsibility of the progression of a relationship, and a times you will need to just let go and walk away, just as there are times you need to fight with your boss for what you believe and other times you need to release the situation to save your energy for more important battles. You learn the lesson of letting go when you begin to choose it as a conscious act rather than a passive means to hide from responsibility.

Since it is thanksgiving day, I want us to share today the things that we are grateful for. A feeling of gratefulness is essential in our everyday life in order to keep us inspired, motivated and alive. We have so many things to be grateful for if we focus on finding those things in our life. God is so amazing how He designed and created everything in this world. There is no other best response to show appreciation of what He had done but to be grateful for and say “Thank you”.
People nowadays are more distracted than 30 years ago. In the 19th century, technology is not yet fully developed. There are large area in every corner of the globe that are beyond reach of internet, social media is not yet emerging high, touchscreen devices are haven’t been existed. When you look back and compared this new era there is a huge distinction on human behavior and lifestyle. People in this modern world are more distracted from younger generations addicted in gadgets , smart phone and social media without realizing that they are spending long hours just wasting their time instead of spending it in productive and important things.

I entered in a local bookshop just to go around and check some book that I can buy. The first time I saw this book in the book shelve the title caught up my attention so I opened the first few pages and took a glance and then I decided to buy.
It was school break that time. I was very sick. Got rushed to the hospital. My mom was so worried because I looked so paled and I was like dying in pain. Thank God for his grace and mercy. He never fail to be there whenever I needed Him…Later on I was up and about…
On that same day, I remember it was a bridal party of one of my friend, I told myself that I should not miss this important event because I promised her my presence in her once in a lifetime bridal party. Since I committed I forced myself to go. I thought I was then okay.
